Flying a drone quadcopter with the wave of your hand!

The Aura Drone quadcopter doesn’t need a traditional stick controller or a smartphone. It is controlled by a glove that let’s you fly with hand gestures.

Toy quadcopters are becoming smarter and more stable. The controllers however are basic, with sticks ,buttons and switches that are hard for a child to master.  The KD Interactive Aura quadcopter fixes this by getting rid of the unnecessary knobs and buttons altogether. No it’s place is a glove that let’s you use hand gestures to pilot the drone.

The Aura quadcopter even comes with a protective cage that allows you to roll up walls, ceilings and along floors.

It also has headless mode. This means that no matter what direction the UAV is facing, it will always fly in the direction you want it to.

It is in production now and will sell for around £80. This converts to around US$100 or AU$130.
